Conceptual Vision Package

This is our Base Tier. This package will include:

• An architectural concept direction for the property explaining its overall style.

• Full conceptual floor plan.

• Two photorealistic exterior renderings (one of the front and one of the back).

• 5 photorealistic interior renderings of the interior “selling points” of the home. For example: the Kitchen, Living Room, Foyer, Primary Bedroom, Primary Bathroom.

• Layouts for each space.

• Mood boards.

• Marketing material showcasing why this home stands out above others.

• A photorealistic video tour of the included spaces.

  This package will set a clear direction for the property before the architect/interior designer gets involved and eliminates putting together last minute design options after it’s too late.

Full Home Concept Package

This is our Mid Tier offering. This package will include:

• Everything from the Conceptual Vision Package.

• 2-3 Kitchen, Living Room and Bathroom layout options if interested.

• Concept designs for all interior rooms, all bedrooms, bathrooms, common spaces. Every interior room in the home will be included.

• The option to see 2-3 different exterior design concepts.

  This package will help you understand the entirety of the home and how it will all flow together from room to room, not just the selling points of the property. You will get to see it all! All Exterior angles, interior rooms and the option to see 2-3 different overall designs throughout the home. Everything will be displayed in a document which will be valuable for meetings with investors, contractors, builders, interior designers etc.

Builder Collaboration Program

This is our Top Tier Package. This program will include:

• Everything included in the Full Home Concept Package.

• Site visit meetings (if local) as needed.

• Reviewing, altering and adjusting my concept designs once the architect finalizes the build ready plans.

• Will work with your interior designer to make sure the project aligns with our overall design plan.

  We know it can be difficult to stick to an initial vision, we will be there to help guide the build in the right direction when it comes to the overall vision. This program can last the entirety of the project OR a month to month program (minimum 6 months, then month to month as needed). This program will help you in the beginning stages before any physical work is done. It will give you a clear vision as to what the property will look like in it’s entirety. Once your team approves of the concept, your architect will draft your build ready plans. We will work with you until these plans are finalized. We will alter our concept designs to perfectly represent the build ready plans. From there we will work with your interior designers helping them understand our vision, and help the team stay on track with the design until the home is complete.
